Checklist for Back to School

Checklist for Back to School

Did you make the most of your life during your time off? I’m sure you had your plans locked and locked when the holidays were announced. Wait, didn’t you plan on a whole glow-up? You had bet that you would shock everyone with your drastic physical changes as soon as school reopened. Well, that tells us you must be pumped up for schools reopening, and so are we… to help! Whether you’ve decided to stun everyone, reunite with friends, or well, just get back to school life, we’ve got you covered.

School supplies: New school supplies make every student happy. It’s probably the only thing that keeps a student looking forward to school. A night before your first day at school, make sure that you have packed all the stationery essentials. Let’s go over a few important items to make sure you haven’t forgotten something:

  • Notebooks

  • Pens

  • Pencils

  • Ruler

  • Sharpener

  • Eraser

  • Markers

  • Colors

  • Geometry box

So, was it 9/9? We’re sure you don’t want to feel embarrassed first thing when school starts.

New Uniform: Whatever your dress code is, we’re sure a new uniform was the first thing your mother took you shopping for. Have you ever wondered how your height magically increases when school is off? Well, because we’re mostly relaxed during holidays, it affects our hormones, causing our heights to grow. If you want to make a good impression on your teachers and classmates, be sure to wear your new uniform. You don’t want your uniform to look like someone else’s.

Physical exam: Although many schools require a physical exam before reopening, it is smart to keep your health in check, even if no one’s asking for it.

Set goals: In order to progress towards success in life, one must be prepared with goals. Similarly, to succeed in school and become a student for every teacher to remember, you need to think about the accomplishments you want to make. Are they good grades? Do you want to be in a club or sport? Jot down your goals to remember them, and think about ways to accomplish them.

Become more organized: Keep track of assignments, exams, and due dates for this year to become successful for you. Pack your bag according to your timetable one night before school to avoid getting late. Sleep early to wake up on time. Set up a study table to learn at home with ease. Set a different time for playtime, and always do your homework on time.

Make new friends: We know you’re quite comfortable and satisfied with your friendships, but there’s no harm in getting to know more people. Try joining a club or sports team to meet new people. Look for what interests and excites you and give it your best shot. Exchange your ideas with new people and listen to their ideas to enhance your knowledge.

Get enough sleep: Always ensure that you’re going to bed on time and getting at least 8 hours of sleep for your mind to relax and understand what your teachers are teaching. What’s the point of school anyway if you’re not gaining knowledge?

We hope our checklist for back-to-school has helped you plan your school year successfully. Don’t forget the key points of our checklist:

  • Stay organized
  • Stay prepared
